Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 999bad platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999bad ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 999bad website at 999bad.pro and all related services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and payment facilities (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account on 999bad, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 999bad platform.
These Terms are supplemented by the 999bad Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. 2. Definitions
- "Account" The personal account registered by a Player on 999bad, used to access the Services, manage funds, and record betting activity.
- "Balance" The total funds available in a Player's 999bad Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable), and winnings not yet withdrawn.
- "Bonus Funds" Promotional credits granted to a Player by 999bad, subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are distinct from real-money deposits.
- "Services" All products, games, wagering facilities, payment tools, and customer support offered through the 999bad platform, whether accessed via browser or any other approved interface.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" Any territory in which accessing or using the Services is prohibited by applicable law, regulation, or government directive.

- "Taka" / "BDT" Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary currency unit in which 999bad accounts are denominated for Bangladesh players.
3. Eligibility & Registration
To open a 999bad Account you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by law.
- You must not already hold an active 999bad Account. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Registration and use of the Services is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Any information provided that is false, misleading, or incomplete may result in immediate suspension or closure of your Account.
- You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP), nor be subject to any financial sanctions or restrictions that would prohibit you from engaging in financial transactions of this nature.
999bad reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any or all eligibility criteria at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.
Each player may hold exactly one 999bad Account. Opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
999bad operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming obligations. You may be asked to verify your identity before your first withdrawal or at any point the Company deems necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 999bad is lawful in your jurisdiction. 999bad makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Accessing the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is done at your own risk.
4. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another person's Account.
999bad will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 999bad that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You must notify 999bad immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until 999bad receives such notification and takes remedial action, you remain responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including any financial losses incurred.
999bad strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (SMS 2FA) on your Account. Where 2FA is enabled, a one-time passcode will be sent to your registered mobile number each time you log in from a new device or browser.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
999bad accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 999bad reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the platform.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily or monthly transaction limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction. Limits are subject to change and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
999bad targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. 999bad does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile network operators.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 999bad Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 999bad reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, frequent, or inconsistent with a player's historical deposit and wagering patterns before releasing funds.
All 999bad Bangladesh player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits made in a different currency may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, which may include a spread. 999bad is not responsible for any losses arising from currency conversion.
Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit after it has been used for wagering is considered fraudulent. 999bad will immediately suspend any Account subject to a chargeback investigation, withhold all pending withdrawals, and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for losses incurred as a result of fraudulent payment disputes.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, 999bad offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The following general bonus conditions apply to all 999bad promotions unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms:
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements at 999bad range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Bonus funds and associated free spins expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Upon expiry, uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited and any remaining bonus balance will be removed from the Account.
Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using bots or automated software, placing opposing bets across accounts, or exploiting technical errors — will have their accounts suspended, bonuses revoked, and winnings derived from abuse forfeited in full.
7. Betting Rules & Game Conduct
All bets are subject to acceptance by 999bad. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its absolute discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event affected by corruption, where a technical error has generated incorrect odds, or where a Player has been identified as acting in a manner contrary to these Terms.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. 999bad reserves the right to adjust individual player betting limits at any time without prior notice, particularly for players identified as professional bettors or those whose wagering patterns present unusual risk.
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in odds, pay-tables, or game outcomes, 999bad reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. No winnings derived from a manifest error shall be payable. 999bad accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
The following practices are strictly prohibited on 999bad: using automated betting software or bots; exploiting system errors or latency; arbitrage betting using bonus funds; match-fixing or insider-information wagering; and any other practice designed to circumvent the fair-play principles of the platform. Accounts engaged in prohibited practices will be closed and balances forfeited.
8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 999bad platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the compilation of all such content — is the property of 999bad or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999bad platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services; frame or mirror any part of the platform without express written consent; or use any 999bad branding, trademarks, or proprietary marks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
Any unauthorised use of 999bad intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999bad shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Services, including but not limited to losses arising from:
- Technical failures, system outages, or interruptions to the Services;
- Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals by third-party payment providers;
- Errors in game outcomes caused by software bugs or network latency;
- Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of 999bad to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 999bad Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
999bad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account — and withhold or forfeit any associated balance — in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Failure to complete satisfactory identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
- Duplicate Account registration;
- Underage gambling or misrepresentation of age;
- Bonus abuse or any other practice designed to gain an unfair advantage;
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against 999bad;
- Any court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting 999bad support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after final verification checks are completed.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with the 999bad support team at [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. 999bad shall not be bound by any alternative dispute resolution process unless the Company elects to participate in its sole discretion.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. These Terms do not affect any rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
13. Miscellaneous Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 999bad with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
No failure or delay by 999bad in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any right or remedy on a single occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of any such right or remedy on a future occasion.
You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of 999bad. 999bad may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These Terms are written in English. In the event that a translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation and enforcement.
